Mediation

Mediation is a very effective way of settling disputes which is both cost effective and less stressful for clients.

Simon has been successful in settling around 90% of the Mediations that he has undertaken and is happy to mediate on any dispute whether property related or not.

Mediation can be used to deal with disputes which are often costly and time consuming through the Courts and provides a very effective and efficient way of settling disputes between two parties. It is now widely regarded as one of the most effective means of dispute resolution and the Courts often direct cases to Mediation prior to any hearings.

If the parties can be helped to resolve issues themselves then acceptance of that result is often easier to deal with.
